Speed is part of the design

A slow site loses the visitor before they have seen the offer. So speed is not an “optimise it at the end” step but a condition from the start: light markup, images in modern formats, nothing spare in the load. The site should open instantly, even on a phone on the move.

Enquiries where you will not miss them

A form that drops the enquiry into an inbox nobody opens is useless. The enquiry arrives in a messenger at once and is mirrored into a panel — so it is not lost and there is a history. The form itself is predictable: no quizzes with “please wait, matching you” that make people leave.

For your niche, not “universal”

A kennel site, a dance studio, an independent professional — each has its own needs: a litter catalogue, a schedule and booking, a portfolio. We have built these and know what matters to show in each niche and what is spare. A “business website” template cannot do that.

What is included and what is not

Included: design and build, an enquiry form, mobile layout, basic SEO markup, domain setup. Not included: filling the site with text and photos you do not have yet — we will say honestly what we need from you. For a simple one-page card we are probably dearer than a builder, and we will say so.

We work in stages: you see the mock-up before paying. The site and its access are yours, and you can edit it yourself later.
