This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Only what you enter in the request form:
- your name, if you give it;
- a way to reach you: Telegram username, email address or phone number;
- the description of your task and your answers to the brief: what needs doing, budget, timeline, whether a product already exists.
Like any web server, ours also logs IP addresses and browser details for every request. We keep these logs to protect the site from attacks and spam and never link them to requests.
Please do not include sensitive data (health, political views and the like) in your task description. We do not ask for it.
3. Why
- To reply to your request and discuss the task.
- To prepare a spec, an estimate and a contract if you decide to work with us.
We never use request data for newsletters or advertising, and we never sell it.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, which you give separately by ticking the box in the request form. Read the consent text. If we sign a contract, data needed to perform it is processed under that contract.
5. Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a database on a server located in Russia.
6. Who receives it
- Rinvek staff who reply to requests.
- A Telegram notification. To reply within a day, we get notified about new requests in Telegram, whose servers are outside Russia. [Notification and cross-border transfer details — to be confirmed before launch.]
Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
7. How long
As long as needed for the purposes above, and no longer than 3 years after your last contact with us, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.
8. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Write to hello@rinvek.com — we reply within 10 working days.
9. Security
The site only works over HTTPS. Only the staff who handle requests can access them. The form is protected from automated submissions.
10. Cookies and analytics
The site currently uses no cookies and no analytics services. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent on the site.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page; the date is shown at the top.
