By sending a request on rinvek.com and ticking the consent box, I freely and in my own interest consent to [name of the controller, tax ID, address — to be filled in before launch] (the “controller”) processing my personal data on the following terms.
Data: my name, if given; a way to reach me — Telegram username, email address or phone number; the description of my task and my answers to the brief.
Purposes: replying to my request, discussing the task, preparing a spec, an estimate and a contract.
Processing: collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer as described in the Privacy policy, deletion — both automated and manual.
Transfer: a notification about the request is sent via Telegram, whose servers are outside the Russian Federation. [To be confirmed before launch.]
Duration: until the purposes are met, and no longer than 3 years after my last contact, or until I withdraw consent.
Withdrawal: I can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to hello@rinvek.com. The controller stops processing and deletes the data within 10 working days unless the law requires keeping it longer.
This consent is given under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
