Disclosure
This consent covers the notification of a new enquiry delivered to the controller through the Telegram messenger; that message contains your name, your contact and the text of your enquiry. Telegram's servers are outside Russia, so this is a cross-border transfer.
If you would rather that did not happen, do not use the form — write to hello@rinvek.com instead.
Nobody else receives your data, except where the law requires it.
For how long
Until the purposes above are met, and no longer than three years from your last contact, or until you withdraw this consent — whichever comes first.
How to withdraw it
At any time, with no reason needed: email hello@rinvek.com saying you withdraw your consent. Processing stops and the data is erased within 30 days, except anything the law obliges the controller to keep. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
