Product development

From idea to launch: architecture, interface, backend, infrastructure and support.

You have an idea for a service and no technical team. You need to get from concept to a version you can show users — not “cheap and nasty”, but something that works and will not fall over at the first hundred people. That is a product built end to end: architecture, interface, backend, infrastructure and support — by one builder, with no managers between you and the code.

A working result at every stage

The main fear with this kind of order is paying half and getting something unfinished. So the product grows in stages, and each one ends in something you can open and check, not a progress report. Not happy — you stop, having paid for what was accepted. Payment comes after the result; the risk is ours.

We build our own products and know what breaks in production

A service that works on a laptop and a service that holds real users are two different things. Deployment, load, security, payments, recovery after a failure — this is where hastily built projects get stuck. We have been through it on our own products, so we build for production from the start rather than bolting it on later.

From idea to launch by one person

You talk to the person who writes the code, not to an account manager. Fewer retellings, less “they built the wrong thing”. The honest flip side: one builder cannot carry a project that needs a team of ten for a year. We do not take those, and we say so at once.

What stays with you

Source code, access, infrastructure and basic documentation are yours from the moment a stage is paid. The first month of support after launch is free; after that, as you wish.

If you already have a prototype that will not reach production, that is closer to a separate task: getting it working.
