Who this is for
You put together a working version — through Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, a builder, or a freelancer who vanished. The demo runs, but it never reaches real users: it falls over under load, loses data, will not deploy, will not take payment. There is plenty of code and no one to carry it to production.
What the review covers
- Deployment
- why it runs locally and will not come up on a server: environment, variables, build, processes.
- Data
- whether records are lost, whether there is double processing, whether the database survives a restart and growth.
- Security
- keys hard-coded in the source, access without checks, personal data unprotected and outside the law.
- Load
- what happens with a hundred users instead of one: queries, memory, third-party services.
- Payments and third parties
- real payment instead of a stub, retries, honest statuses instead of a bare "ok".
- Migration
- if the project sits on foreign no-code (Lovable, Supabase, Vercel) — what it takes to move it to your own server and under local data rules.
An honest verdict, not "it is all bad, we start over"
After the review you get one of two answers and the reason. Finish it — when the foundation is alive and fixing the weak spots is cheaper than starting again: then we name what to fix and in what order. Rewrite — when the repair would cost more and take longer than building fresh: then we say so plainly and explain why, rather than hiding it behind "well, it can mostly be improved". There is a third answer too: sometimes it does not need finishing at all — the problem is simpler than it looks.
What it costs
The review itself is free: we look at what you have and give an honest assessment with no condescension about the code. Paid work begins with the piece that holds production and is billed in stages — you see the result first, then pay for it. Source code and access stay with you; you can leave at any point.
If the project has not been started and you need it from scratch, that is closer to a product built end to end.
